What they are
Test builds are unfinished builds of our own games, published for family, friends and testers. They help us find errors and improve the game before release. By downloading or playing them you accept these terms, in addition to the terms of use.
Licence
We give you a free, personal, non exclusive, non transferable and revocable licence to install and play each test build on your own devices. The game remains Nix3D Studio’s. You may not:
- Sell, rent or redistribute the game files, or upload them to other sites. To share the game, share the link to its page on nix3dstudio.online.
- Decompile, modify or extract the code, models, images, music or characters.
- Create or use cheats, bots or programs that alter the game or its servers.
No warranty
A test build may contain errors, crash, run slowly on some devices or lose progress. Between versions we may reset saves and accounts. You use it at your own risk and, to the extent the law allows, Nix3D Studio is not liable for data loss or damage arising from its use.
Safe installation
Download the games only from nix3dstudio.online. On Android you need to allow installation from your browser; on Windows the SmartScreen warning appears because the test build has no digital signature. When the page shows a SHA-256 fingerprint, you can compare it with your file’s to confirm it is intact.
Accounts and online conduct
- Use one account per person and a password or PIN you do not use on other sites. In Gatookie, do not use real data in your user name.
- Choose a respectful player name. In the market, visits and matches with others, play fair and do not harass anyone.
- We may suspend or delete an account that breaks these rules, and delete all accounts when a test ends.
Test data
Some games send technical data to measure performance and find errors. What is sent and how long it is kept is explained in the privacy policy.
No real money
The test builds have no active purchases or advertising. In game coins, cards, items and cats have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and may be reset.
Your feedback
If you send us ideas, opinions or bug reports, we may use them freely to improve our games, with no obligation to pay. You may publish screenshots, videos and opinions of the test builds, saying that they are test builds.
End of a test
We may end a test or stop supporting a version at any time. Old versions may stop connecting to the servers when we publish a new one, and the final version may be different.
