Acceptance
These terms govern the use of nix3dstudio.online and the services it offers: the studio pages, the test build downloads and the invitations app. By using them you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Under Venezuela’s Law on Data Messages and Electronic Signatures, accepting these terms electronically is as valid as doing so in writing.
Who we are
The site belongs to Nix3D Studio, the trade name of a 3D development studio working from Venezuela. Contact: nixvideojuego@gmail.com.
Permitted use
You may browse the site, view the portfolio, download the test builds to play them and create invitations for your own events. You may not:
- Try to access the servers, other people’s accounts or private areas of the site without permission, or interfere with how they work. Such conduct may be a crime under Venezuela’s Special Law against Computer Crimes.
- Overload the site with automated requests, copy its content in bulk or use it to send spam.
- Cheat in the games’ online features, deliberately exploit bugs or modify the game clients.
- Publish in invitations or player names content that is illegal, offensive, harasses others or uses third parties’ data without their permission.
- Impersonate Nix3D Studio or anyone else.
Intellectual property
The logos, the Nix3D brand, the renders, the games, their characters, music, code and the site’s texts belong to Nix3D Studio or to those who licensed them to us, and are protected by Venezuela’s Copyright Law and international treaties.
You may view and download the portfolio images for personal use and to assess our work. You may not use them in other projects, sell them or present them as your own without our written permission. Work made for clients is shown with their authorisation and belongs to them as agreed in each project.
Content you create
The texts, names and details you type in an invitation remain yours. You allow us to store them and show them to the people you send the link to, only so the invitation works.
You are responsible for what you write and for having the permission of the people whose names or details you include, especially if they are minors. We may remove an invitation or link that breaks these terms or the law.
The characters, illustrations, music and animations in the invitations are ours: you may use them inside the invitation, but not extract them for other uses.
Test builds and services
Game downloads are also governed by the test build terms. Work you hire us for is governed by the service terms and the proposal you accept. How we handle your data is explained in the privacy policy.
Third party links
The site and the invitations may link to third party services, such as WhatsApp or Google Maps. We do not control those services, and their own terms apply.
Availability and warranties
We work to keep the site running well, but it is provided as is. We may change, pause or remove pages, downloads or features, for example for maintenance or when a test ends, without this giving rise to compensation.
Liability
To the extent Venezuelan law allows, Nix3D Studio is not liable for indirect damage, loss of data or loss of profit arising from the use of the site or its free downloads. Nothing here limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is the one published on this page, with its date. If a change is important, we will announce it on the site.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. If there is any disagreement, write to us first: we will try to settle it amicably within 30 days. If that is not possible, the courts of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela will have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the rights the law of your country gives you as a consumer.
