TEST BUILD

This is a test version for friends, family and testers, not a final release. It can contain bugs, and progress may be reset between versions.

ABOUT THE GAME

You receive an old mansion and rebuild it floor by floor, with stairs, lifts and portals, while you fill it with cats.

Collect cats in packs: each one is a card in your album, with its breed, rarity and joke.
Put them to work: workers earn cookies, builders extend the house, cooks prepare dishes, recyclers clean and explorers go on expeditions.
Look after them: food, water, beds, litter boxes, baths and games. A happy cat works better; an angry one chews cables and breaks pipes.
Decorate every room with more than a hundred pieces of furniture, wallpapers and floors.
Complete the neighbourhood requests that a neighbour cat pins on the board.

HOW TO INSTALL

Click Download and wait until it finishes: it is a large zip.
Right-click the zip and choose Extract All. You get a Gatookie folder.
Open Gatookie.exe inside that folder.
If Windows says “Windows protected your PC”, choose More info and then Run anyway: it is a test version without a digital signature.

GOOD TO KNOW

For a new version, delete the old folder and extract the new one. Your save is kept separately and is not lost.
The online test (market between players, friends, visits and sabotage) is in preparation. For now the game simulates it on your PC.
